Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Timeline
All Zhuliah corporate hampers are custom-curated and shipped via international freight. Delivery takes approximately 3 weeks from the date full payment is received. Once your order has been dispatched, a delivery confirmation or tracking update will be provided by email or through your account manager.
Multiple Delivery Addresses:
If you require delivery to multiple locations, please note that additional delivery fees will apply. These fees are calculated based on the number of locations, distance, and delivery schedule required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been confirmed. During peak seasons, timelines may vary slightly, however our logistics team will always work to meet your delivery expectations.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our hampers — which include perishable goods and curated gift items — all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
However, if any item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Our team will review the issue and take swift action to resolve it.
